How to Re-enable or Start Windows Defender in Windows 8.1and Windows 8:
របៀបបើក Windows Defender លើ Windows 8.1 និង Windows 8 (សូមមើលវីដេអូពីរបៀបអនុវត្តន៍):

1)Right click on the action center warning message and turn on spyware protection or anti virus protection.
This will restart/re enable Windows defender on Windows 8.1
2)Click on Open Action Center.
3)Click on Turn on Window definder.
